Congratulations on finding one of our Double Makeover and Photoshoot cards! Your session is valued at over $450. 

Here's some info about your card!

​

• Do I get all the digitals for free? Your digitals come with every print you purchase, and are sized to print up to an 8x10.

​

• Why do you ask for a non-refundable $100 deposit? Your $100 non-refundable deposit is to hold your session, pay your hair and makeup artist, and rent your gown. We will deduct the $100 from your prints at your viewing and ordering session. 

​

• What if I don't want prints? That's just fine! We will deduct the $100 nonrefundable deposit from your digital order. 

​

• How long will my session take? Please plan for at least 2 hours for your glamour session. Hair and makeup for 2 individuals takes time, plus the actual photo shoot takes time.

​

• Can we work around my work schedule! Yes! We have evening appointments available. 

​

• Do you have any Saturday or Sunday appointments? The first dates that book in our studio are weekends, and the odds are very slim that we will have a weekend appointment. Our weekdays are the most open.

​

• Can I exchange my card for cash? Cards are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with any other offer. 

​

• I lost my card, can I still redeem the offer? Cards must be brought with you to your session for your booking to be valid.  

​

• Can I apply the credit towards a different kind of session?  Cards are only good for the offer presented. 

​

• Can I bring my mom or sister or my daughter? Absolutely! We love to photograph generations. Please add $125 per additional guest.

​

• I found two cards! Can I combine them? We can only honor one card per session.  

​

• What is included in my session? Your card is a gift for you and a friend/loved one to come to our studio and have the experience of a custom portrait session that includes hair, makeup, and a gown rental. You will have the option to later purchase your prints, with a $100 credit towards your print purchase.

​

• Whoops! I forgot I had an appointment with you. Can I reschedule? You bet! Because it costs us a lot of time and money to get gowns rented, hair and makeup artists on site, and of course our time. The rescheduling fee is just $350.

​

• How do I redeem my booking? Please email hopestudiosphoto@gmail.comwith the title GLAMOUR VOUCHER. Thank you.
